Statement of Policy on Diversity Recruitment
In an increasingly diverse world, it is important that organizations be able to demonstrate a proactive commitment to diversity to their stakeholders and to the communities they serve. WMG seeks to be an active participant in helping our clients achieve their diversity objectives. We resolve to implement and sustain policies which affirm our inherent values as search consultants and individuals. The CEO of WMG serves as our Chief Diversity Officer and is responsible for implementing these policies. We are committed to:
- Listening to our clients and openly discussing their diversity needs/initiatives.
- Partnering with our clients to develop recruiting/sourcing plans with diversity needs in mind.
- Striving to source, interview and present qualified women and minority candidates on every search we conduct.
- Serving as an advocate of diversity programs through community involvement, continuing education and mentoring of prospective candidates.
- Withdrawing from search engagements when clients exhibit discrimination or bias, actively or passively, against women and minority candidates.
