WMG Search Consultants provides full service recruiting to client organizations primarily on a CONTINGENT basis. Working as a business partner with our clients, we plan, prepare and execute recruiting plans and processes to meet specific needs for each search. Each search is unique and is treated as such, from defining specific success-driven competencies needed by winning candidates to working with the client to identify “Best Fit” qualities.
Recruiting and Sourcing
Our approach to successful recruiting is to seek out happily employed, successful candidates who are not looking – but who may engage in a due diligence process for the “right” career move. We very seldom run ads or utilize website postings unless specifically requested by the client in order to meet industry-specific regulatory requirements. We have found over many years of experience that the top performers – those individuals at the top of the infamous Bell Curve – are seldom those who are actively seeking employment; rather, they are focused on their current roles and enjoying successful careers where they are.
Prior to beginning our sourcing and recruiting efforts, we work with the client to fine tune the job specifications. We then develop a recruitment plan that guides our efforts in recruiting stellar candidates who meet the specs and are truly interested in the job. We do not “shop” resumes. We identify, seek out and engage high quality candidates based solely on the specific needs of the client.
